Shanghai for a week

China | 2011

A small impression of Shanghai. What do you do in such a huge city if you only have a week?!

Shanghai for a week

In April of 2011 only about four months before our daughter was born, John and I travelled to Shanghai in China to stay with and visit my brother, David, who was living and working there at the time. We spent a week exploring local food, one of John's passions and observing life in a large Chinese city. The trip included a visit to the Zoo, a drink at an Irish bar, bullfrog and pigeon for dinner, birds eye views from a skyscraper and lots and lots of miles walked.
